Do you accept pet insurance?
We’re happy to accept all types of pet insurance to help make your pet’s care more affordable.
As a Trupanion partner, we’re able to offer direct billing for their plans, saving you the hassle of upfront payments. For all other insurance providers, payment is due at the time of your visit, and we’ll promptly submit your invoice on your behalf so you can be reimbursed quickly and easily.
Do you offer payment plans?
While we unfortunately do not offer in-house payment plans, we do partner with trusted third-party financing companies such as Humm, Scratchpay, and iFinance. These options make it easier to manage the cost of your pet’s care by allowing you to spread payments out in a way that works best for your budget.
Are you open 24 hours?
While our retail area and clinic do close at the end of the day, our dedicated team is still here for you. We have veterinary technicians in the building 24 hours a day and a veterinarian always on call to provide emergency care whenever your pet needs it.
Are you accepting new clients?
We are always happy to welcome new clients to our hospital. Whether you’re looking for ongoing care or find yourself in need of urgent help, our team is here for you. We provide emergency services to all pets in need, even if you are not one of our regular clients
